Research Notes (source comments, unreliable information)

He may have lived in Hemet from at least 1993.

There appears to be another Harry W. Marks in an on-line genealogies (actually several, but they appear to be copies of each other) that is enticing.

The on-line Harry Williams Marks had a wife Selma Ruby Hanson, married 8 Jun 1933 in Moorhead, MN. He was born on 25 Nov 1908 in Vurgas, Minnesota. No town of Vurgas currently exists in MN, and the name is almost certainly a typo of Vergas, known to be the location of Edward and Emma at the time. His parents are identified as Howard Marks and Emma Lemke. It also lists a child, Nancy Gail Marks.

The hypothesis is that these on-line genealogies are about the same Harry, but have the wrong father name. Unfortunately, they also provide no sources and no other information that can be used. There is also other information that makes this on-line genealogy unreliable, such as the given birth (1 Oct 1911) and death (3 Oct 1911) of Selma.

The name Selma also occurs in public records with Harry while he was living in Hemet.
