Marie's parents were Edward and Eleanora Pauline (Miller) Hilton. She also had three brothers, Walter Hilton (Payson, Utah), Holland Hilton (Yuma, Arizona), and Marlo Hilton (Clinton, Utah), and a sister Deetie Horne (Evanston, Wyoming). [obituary-marie-osborne-1990]
Emily married William F. Caruth in 1974. An obituary for William from 1978 notes that he married {private} Whittney in 1938 (they later divorced), {private} Stacey in 1949 (she left him a widower), and then Marie Osborne on 11 Jun 1974 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
