Comment Detail: Source does not include a date, but notes that his widow, Judith Palmer, signed a deed on 29 Nov 1661 without any mention of her husband. There is no wording that she was a widow, but the fact she signed the deed hereself suggests her husband had died before this. Further, a record on 9 Mar 1660 notes that William Palmer was fined 5 shillings, suggesting he was alive on that date. This gives a range that is approximated in this database as about 1660-1661.
