FOLLOWUP
According to The Encylopedia of American Quaker Genealogy, Vol. 5, page 397, entry (1862, 9, 13), Jesse was buried in Westfork, presumably the Westfork Friends Burial Grounds in Clinton County, OH. I've not yet found a Westfork, could this now be called the Center Friends Burying Grounds?
Included in the Hoggatt household in 1850 was a woman named Ruth Moon. This is probably the mother-in-law of Jesse's brother, Jonathan. [census-us-1850-ps-oh-clinton-jefferson-243b]
