CONFLICTS

Surname: This database uses Parnow. The 1910 U.S. Census uses Parnow. [census-us-1910-ps-mn-clay-51-4a]

FOLLOWUP

Oscar likely arrived aboard the ship "Stuttgart" from Bremen on 3 Jul 1895 in Baltimore, along with his sisters Clara (age 14) and Selma(?) (age 16). Their ultimate destination was Good Thunder, Blue Earth County, Minnesota to meet their uncle. (New information from "History of Clay and Norman Counties" suggests this was probably their father, not uncle -- need to resolve this.) In Germany the children had lived in Lochoro, Pos(?). (ship's record, but see the census record for William Parnow)
