Susan (9), born in IN, USA, may have been living in Lafayette, IN, USA in 1880, with the Joseph and Barbra Bollinger family. Also in the family was David Heartman (25). She may have married Henry Hartman on 1 Nov 1891 in Allen, IN, USA. (Indiana Marriages, 1811-2019, FamilySearch database, DFN 4134769, MFN 2111522, image 573, page 365; note that a search may show a record that uses image 219 of 335)
Henry (Apr 1870) and Susan Hartman (Sep 1870) appear in the 1900 US Census, with son Joseph D. Hartman (Jun 1892), daughter Lozorah Hartman (May 1894), and son Chas H. Hartman (Mar 1898). She had no other children who left or died. They also had a boarder, Carrie Hiatt.
