Beyond Benjamin Burkett, who is included in this database, John and Margaret had one other son and five daughters. Their other son was J. A. Burkett (McDonald, Kansas). Their daughters are not identified except as the wives of E. E. Wilton (Arapahoe, Nebraska), C. W. Spears (Haigler, Nebraska), W. S. Reames (LaFayette, Colorado), and C. E.
