Sarah seemed to follow the identical life path of Louisa Jane Masters, including her birthday (within a few days according to vital records) and the same parent's names. Was her full name Sarah Elizabeth Louisa Jane Masters? There is a record on Family Search ("Ohio, County Births, 1841-2003", Film #004978848) that shows an entry for Sarah E E J Masters, daughter of Joseph and Titha Spear. Unfortunately, it does look like the middle initials are not "E L J", which would suggest the longer name.
