Margaret may also be buried in Fairview Methodist Cemetery (the same cemtery as her husband, William Spear), but the entry on Find A Grave (memorial ID 95148757) doesn't include a headstone image. The unsourced text gives a birth year of 1803 in PA, and a death date of 7 Sep 1855 in Guernsey County, Ohio.
