Comment Detail: Source includes John Breuch's will and a "proof of kinship" document signed by his son, Joseph. Neither mentions Elizabeth, even though she is identified in other sources as being a daughter of John Breuch. And it does mention his other daughters, so gender is not an issue. This suggests she died before the will was signed (before 1897).

FOLLOWUP
The unsourced text on Find A Grave memorial 188459460 suggests that Elizabeth became a nun in the Sisters of Saint Agnes, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. In doing so, she changed her name to Mary Martina. Providing possible indirect support for this is the marker itself, which is located in St. Peter's Catholic Church Cemetery (Saint Peter, Fond du Lac County, WI). The name on the marker is Sister M. Martina Breuch, and notes she lived from 1865 to 1892. (St. Peter an unincorporated census-designated place in the Town (Township) of Taycheedah.)
Find A Grave memorial 188459395 shows a cenotaph located in Saint Joseph Springs Cemetery (Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac County, WI), which includes the name Martina Breuch and notes her remains are buried at St. Peter, WI. Per the sign at the cemetery, it is associated with the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes (CSA), and Saint Joseph Springs Cemetery looks like it is part of the CSA grounds in Fond du Lac.
