She may have married Fredrick Washington Hayne (1876-1946) in 1901. (gravestone and unsourced Find A Grave link, memorial #19343007)
Her (delayed) birth certificate's supporting evidence includes a marriage record, that notes she married Fred W. Hayne (without the 's') in Marshall County, IA, presumably before the recording date of 11 Mar 1901. It also notes she was 18 ("19 Next B'day") and was born in Marshall County [, Iowa] to J. H.[sic] Allgier and Elizabeth Grau. The middle initial of 'H' is curious (and is underlined) given the use of 'E' earlier in the same document. [birth-mabel-allgier-1882]
The second document used as evidence in the birth certificate is the birth record of her daughter, Edna May Hayne, born in Marshall County sometime before 22 Mar 1908.
