John Mendenhall and Elizabeth Maris had three children. They were George (b. 14 Aug 1686, d. 1758), John (b. 3 Jun 1688), and Aaron (b. 20 Nov 1690, d. 30 Jun 1765). [book-mendenhalls-a-genealogy-1969, book-maris-family-in-the-us-1885]
George was a miller, and never married. Brothers John and Aaron married sisters Susannah and Rose (d. 29 Mar 1771) Pierson, daughters of Thomas and Rose (Dixson) Pierson). Both marriages took place at Concord Meeting in Chester County, Pennsylvania. John's and Susannah's marriage was reported on 10 Oct 1709. Aaron married Rose on 16 Jun 1715.
