FOLLOWUP

Both of Charles' parents were born in Russia. [census-us-1930-ps-fl-hillsborough-89-7b]

Charles has a sister Sayie [Sadie?] I. Riegel [obituary-charles-miller-1972]

Asher and Annie Miller's children, including Sol (and his family), Rose, Harry, Sadie, and Charles, but not Edith, were living at the same address (house number and street) in 1915, but in two separate households. Florance[sic] Powell (30) was also living in a third household at this address (consisting only of herself), but her relationship with the Millers, if any, is unknown. [census-us-ny-1915-newyork-newyork-5-23-36]

Charles served in World War I. [census-us-1930-ps-fl-hillsborough-89-7b]

Charles Miller and Irma Rizzi obtained a marriage license (#2703) on 5 Jun 1923 in Bronx, New York. They were likely married that day or shortly after, but I don't have a return. (from an Ancestry database with images, New York, New York, U.S., Marriage License Indexes, 1907-2018 "⟩ Bronx ⟩ 1923 - 1925" images 300 [Charles Miller's entry] and 381 [Irma Rizzi's entry]. Note that although the book is set up with grooms on the left and brides on the right of the page spread, individuals are strictly sorted by their unmarried surname. This means that the individuals are generally found on separate pages.)

In the 1950 US Census, his grandson {private}, age 4, and granddaughter {private}, age 3, both born in California, are living with Charles and Irma Miller. They were probably the children of either Anna and/or Harriet, but that is not yet known to this database. [census-us-1950-p1-ca-losangeles-547-4]
